The main deck welcomes the guests with a comfortable sofa and a table, a richly-equipped galley and a large helm, all of them well-sunlit. The incredible and everyone’s favourite feature – the “Beach Mode” optimise the use of the deck space.
Galeon 400 FLY joined the fourth-generation yacht family, as one of the smallest models to offer the innovative “beach mode”. The yacht has been designed to offer the highest tier of manoeuvrability and stability while on the waves. The interior comes in a few possible modern variants, with additional options available upon request.
Below deck, the guests will find two full-sized cabins, one of which, the owner’s cabin, is situated in the aft. Two separate bathrooms offer extra comfort to the guests. All the cabins allow the guests full standing height and additional storage space, ideal for longer cruises.
Choose between a full-sized garage with a sun pad on top, a classic L-shaped sofa and crew cabin setup or the innovative roto-seat option that includes a compact garage. All three layouts will let you take full advantage of the unique Beach Mode option that extends the width of the cockpit to a stunning six meters by dropping down both the port and starboard sides. The bow rest area comes with a transformable seating arrangement which will quickly alter and auto level it into a proper sundeck. Select the optional, soft top bimini for extra protection.
Down below, three cabins and two bathrooms await the passengers for a total of six berths. The master cabin, located midship, offers a double bed, large wardrobe and a private bathroom. Offer your guests the bow VIP cabin for spectacular night views thanks to a series of skylights. The double guest cabin can be turned into a study, wardrobe or an additional leisure area.
Brand new innovative wakesurfing boats. Now available in Hong Kong.
As wakesurfing rises in popularity in Hong Kong, even surpassing wakeboarding – a similar, yet fundamentally different sport – surfing boat manufacturers have taken the opportunity to modify, refine, and upgrade their boat designs. Unlike wakeboarding, wakesurfing requires a particular set of features, such as a different engine placement and hull shape, alongside innovative and advanced equipment to provide an enjoyable, safe, and unforgettable wakesurfing experience.
The main difference between wakesurfing and wakeboarding is that with wakesurfing, you aren’t permanently attached to the boat via a rope. Wakeboarding gained popularity thanks to being an invigorating and fun sport in which you travel at high speeds across the water behind a boat. Wakesurfing is typically a slower – but by no means easier – sport in which you surf in the waves made by the boat’s engines. This provides surfers in Hong Kong with much easier and guaranteed access to surfable waves, provided the boat is designed correctly.
The design of the boat
The design of wakesurfing boats differs from wakeboarding boats in that there is a greater emphasis on your safety. Rather than jutting out of the back of the boat, the propellers are located on the bottom – safely out of reach of anyone in the water.
In addition to this, boats with a convex V-shaped hull ride deeper in the water, creating a bigger and more surfable wave. This is different from boats with flatter hulls that might be better for water skiing, for example.
Depending on the model of the boat, there is ample storage and a luxurious cockpit with plenty of space to move around in. There is also plenty of ballast weight on the boat for extra security without sacrificing any storage space.
